Delivery

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Our current standard delivery charge per order is £3.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery or £9.99 for Next Day courier to UK delivery.

We will only delivery goods to a UK delivery address. Our standard delivery charge covers most UK Mainland addresses.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Other areas within the UK may incur additional charges and lead to extended delivery time. Any additional charge can be obtained upon application emailing customersupport@my-io.com

Delivery times such as morning, Saturday and next working day deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. Any additional charge can be obtained upon application by emailing customersupport@my-io.com

Delivery times are calculated in working dates, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding bank holidays. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, any free delivery promotion is applicable to all items for a limited period only. All delivery promotions apply to UK mainland deliveries only.

When your goods are dispatched we will send you an email advising that we have sent your order and confirming the method of shipment used.

Receiving your goods

In the unlikely event that when you receive your goods they do not appear to be working or there is something that you don’t understand we provide product support via our customer services team by email at customersupport@my-io.com

This service is provided free of charge to assist you with any product queries you may have at any time.

Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from iO.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please;

  • Call our returns number 01420 470603: please make sure you have your order number, product code to hand and the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

 

To qualify for a full refund the goods must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, we recommend you;

  • Pack the goods in adequate outer protective packaging suitable for transit
  • Return in good condition all original packaging complete with all manuals, cables and accessories.

We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee from the refund amount for goods not returned in a re-saleable state.

Faulty goods reported within 28 days of receipt and returned to us complete will receive either a replacement or full refund.

Faulty goods reported after 28 days of receipt but within the product warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
